ACCOUNT ASSISTANTS / ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVES (6 POSITIONS) - NILAI, PAJAM, SEREMBAN
Responsibilities :-
•Able to handle full set of accounts and other daily accounting responsibilities.
•Prepare monthly accounts, management report and financial analysis.
•Supervise the month end closing process.
•Manage Cash flows, and coordinate company secretarial matters.
•Ensure financial reports and operation compliance with statutory requirements.
•Liaison with Auditors, Tax Agents, bankers, suppliers and government authorities.

Requirements :-
•Min LCCI qualification, Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or part of ACCA professional accounting qualification.
•2 years relevant working experience and able to handle full set of accounts will be an added advantage.
•Independent & able to meet tight dateline.
•Familiar with accounting software.
•Able to write and converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
•Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT (3 POSITIONS) - BAHAU, SEREMBAN
Responsibilities :-
•Be responsible for day to day financial operations, preparations of montly accounts, budget, forecast & cash flow.
•Responsible for reviewing the management accounts and preparation of tax computation and manage the tax planning of the company.
•To develop and maintain a sound system of internal control.
•Assist in the annual budget process and forecasting.
•Preparing periodic financial statements, management reporting and financial analysis.
•Liaise with bankers, auditors, legal advisor, company secretary, tax agents & authorities.
Requirements :-
•Posses Degree in Accounting and / or a professional Accounting qualification ACCA / CIMA or finalist or partly qualified will also be considered.
•3 years experience in auditing and taxation, 2 years commercial experience in similar capacity preferably in property development or construction.
•Working knoledge of PC and computerized accounting system.
•Posses a high level of integrity, initiative, commitment, pro-active with proven analytical and problem solving skills.
•Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under time constraints and meet dealines.
•Able to write and converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

DRAFTSMAN (3 POSITIONS) - PAJAM
Responsibilities :-
•Draft and detail structural drawings, supervise building construction and panel fabrication, delivery and installation.
•Co-ordination between office instruction and site practices.
•To improve technical knowledge in concrete technology and building supervision.
•To earn the operation and produre of an engineering design office practices.
•Well versed in CAD Working Drawings.
Requirements :-
•Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STMP/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
•Required skill(s): AutoCad, Autodesk Inventor, Photoshop, 3D software and MS Office applications.
•Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Project Management and Construction Works.
•Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
•Able to write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMIN - PAJAM
Responsibilities :-
•Responsible for HR department functions which encompass manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, payroll, training and industrial relation matters.
•Assess the needs and develop effective HR policies & produres in line with company's business direction & operations.
•Ensures HR policies are up to date and communicate on timely manner employees.
•Evaluate the effectiveness of all HR training and development programs and recommend changes as appropriate.
•Monitor the foreign workers regrading their work permts, medical check ups, disciplinary issue and discussion with Labour Contractors/Foreign Worker Agents pertaining to foreign workers problems.
•Other duties which may assign by the may assign by the management from time to time.
Requirements :-
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma or equivalent in HR, Social Science or Business Management or equivalent.
•At least five years of working expenrience preferably in manufacturing and construction environment.
•At team player with strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills, both written and spoke with ability to interact with people at all levels.
•With knowledge of labour laws, compensation & benefits, recruitment (local, foreign workers & expatriates)
•Able to write and converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

SITE SUPERVISORS (10 POSITIONS) - PAJAM, SEREMBAN, SEPANG
Responsibilities :-
•To assist project manager in implementing project.
•To manage machineries, materials and work force in daily operation.
•To check works in compliance with drawing and meet high standard.
•To coordinate and supervise construction work at the site.
Requirements :-
•Preferably with hand on working experience, candidate with technical certificate is an added advantage.
•Able to work under pressure and capable to complete jobs at limited time.
•Good working attitude, high integrity and learning skill.
•Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

STORE SUPERVISORS (4 POSITIONS) - PAJAM, SEREMBAN
Responsibilities :-
•To monitor stock movement and replenish stocks item as and when required.
•Managing stock inventory, updating inventory system and keep proper inventory control.
•To arrange delivery of goods according to customer's needs and scedule.
Requirements :-
•Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification.
•1-2 years working working experience in related field.
•Male
•Computer literate.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (6 POSITIONS) - PAJAM, SEREMBAN, SALAK TINGGI
Responsibilities :-
•Pre and Post Contract Administration.
•To prepare monthly project progress claim.
•To coordinate with contractor and site personnel.
•Responsible for tender costing & tender documentation.
•To handle all inquiries of quotation.
•Responsible for taking off quantities, variation orders and project cost control.
Requirements :-
•Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveyor/Building Construction.
•Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Project Management and Construction Works.
•Computer literate.
•Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
•Able to write and converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and mandarin.
